What is Easylink?
EasyLink is Nepal's first remittance company and the first to introduce the MoneyGram® Payment System in Nepal. Easylink is also accredited by Nepal Rastra Bank to do money transfer business.

How can I send funds through MoneyGram?
- Visit MoneyGram location near by you. See location at www.moneygram.com
- Fill in the short and simple form.
- Pay for the amount of money you want to send, plus the MoneyGram® service fee.
- You will then be given a MoneyGram® reference number.
- Contact the person receiving the money and give them this reference number and tell them to go to EasyLink to collect the money.
You can also send money online by visiting www.moneygram.com.

What exchange rate I will get?
Day to day foreign currency exchange rates are published in local English daily newspapers such as The Rising Nepal and The Kathmandu Post. Nepalese Rupees are found in denominations of 1000, 500, 250, 100, 50, 25, 20, 10, 5, 2 and 1. Coins are found in denominations of 10, 25 and 50 Paisa. One Rupee equals 100 Paisa.

Note: Indian rupees are excepted and freely convertible in Nepal. 100 Indian Rupees = 160 Nepali Rupees. Do not worry about exchanging your Indian currency when traveling north into Nepal.
How can I receive money at Easylink?
- Ensure that the sender has given you the MoneyGram® reference number.
- Go to EasyLink Pvt. Ltd. (MoneyGram's first Nepal Agent) which is located in Thamel, Kathmandu, taking some form of identification with you. (e.g. Nagarikta / Passport /Driving License).
- Provide the reference number and complete a simple form. You will receive the money within 10 minutes.

Can I receive money at my door?
You can! Your nearest EasyLink office can come to you if you are unable to travel for some reason. We'll knock on your door and do business with you right there! How's that for service?
